Eliana

Eliana Sherrí Hart (5) was born on March 16th, 2003 in Warner Robins, Georgia. We lived in the closed-in garage at my parent’s house at the time, and I was grateful for the help having family that close gave me. When we got our own apartment and Mom and Dad moved to south Georgia, Chris got a job managing a pizza buffet, and was gone 10-12 hours a day. Eliana and I lived a life to ourselves. We’d pay bills, buy groceries, make doctor visits, and a lot of the time just do nothing but enjoy each other. Of course, it wasn’t too long before Baby number 2 was announced, but we still had a great first year together.

Eliana is truly your typical firstborn. She thinks she’s a third parent sometimes, bossing around her sisters and talking to Chris and I like an equal. She’s so smart, she really makes me worry. “What if she needs more than I can give her intellectually?”
